Shawna has been a massage therapist since 2007. She specializes in relaxation, sports massage and cupping therapies.

Shawna has always had a passion for helping her clients feel the best version of themselves as they live their lives to their fullest potential. She believes that each person deserves an individual therapy session tailored to fit their individual needs.

Married for 16 years and a mother to three girls, Shawna spends most of her free time with her family traveling to different sporting competitions and spending time at her families lake house.
